LiveAction Secures $5.35M Series A Financing from Sway Ventures and Cisco Investments

Application centric software company focuses on growth in marketing, sales and deployment of new features.

PALO ALTO, California  – LiveAction, an application centric software company combining network and application performance management with powerful visualization, analytics and control today announced it has completed a $5.35 million Series A round of financing. Sway Ventures led the investment round with participation from Cisco Investments and Enerdigm Ventures.

The Investment will be used to help the company significantly expand its sales and marketing efforts as well as broaden and accelerate product development Sway Ventures General Partner Brian Nugent joins LiveAction’s Board of Directors.

Since 2009, LiveAction software has been helping large enterprises manage their networks. LiveAction’s intuitive graphical user interface, deep and rich analytics, and network wide control known as “See. Point Click. Fix.” allow the combination of network and application management in one integrated product.
